This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the BookPromo Engine service operated by Book Promo Engine.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
• Contact us via the Contact form on this site and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are issued under the Paddle Refund Policy.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account or the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period.

Consumed Credits

Within the 30-day window, refunds cover the amount you paid. Note that AI processing and image rendering consume real compute resources at the moment credits are used. While we will always honour the 30-day guarantee, we may take previously consumed credits into account when determining the refund amount for partial-use cases, in line with Paddle's refund handling.
